Avoid using plastic bottles at events like weddings and other gatherings to help the environment. Plastic bottles contribute to pollution, harm wildlife, and waste water in their production. Be it single use or refillable cans and bottles, they all need to be collected at some point, and Deposit Return Systems have proven to be one of the most effective ways to do that. Nice to see this piece from the Alliance to End Plastic Waste from the recent side event at the UN Plastics Treaty #INC4
